Attorney Napierala is dedicated and experienced family law attorney. He will work with you, during what can often become one of the most stressful times in your life, to reduce the stress and confusion that often surround divorce and custody proceedings.
Attorney Napierala graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Subsequently he attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and received his Juris Doctorate (JD) in 1990. During law school he was the managing editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. Attorney Napierala is admitted to practice law in Wisonsin and Illinois as well as in U.S. District Court for both the Eastern and Western districts of Wisconsin. He has been featured on Court TV and has successfully argued cases before trial courts and courts of appeal in addition to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Recently Attorney Napierala was awarded the "Lawyer of the Year" award by the Southeastern Wisconsin Commitment to Excellence in the Family Law Society. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association. He has served as a guardian ad litem (Court appointed Attorney) for children of divorce and other family actions.
