 Attorney Thomas R. Napierala

Attorney Napierala is one of Wisconsin's finest family law Attorneys.  He graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and his Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1990.  During law school he was the managing editor of the Wisconsin Law Review.  He has been featured on Court TV and is admitted in Wisconsin and Illinois and the U.S. Disctrict Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.  He has successfully argued cases before tria courts and courts of appeal and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, The Illinois State Bar Association.  He has served as a guardian ad litem (Court appointed Attorney) for children of divorce  and other family actions. 

Recently Attorney Napierala was awarded the 'Lawyer of the Year" award by the Southeastern Wisconsin Commitment to Excellence in Family Law Society.  

 Fees

Attorney Napierala believes that an Attorney's fees must be reasonable.  All fees are discussed with clients beforehand and the client is kept informed of case progress and costs during the progress of all cases.  Napierala Law Offices L.L.C.  accepts all major credit cards.  Most matters are billed at an hourly rate.   The rate is very competitive.  Payment plans may be available for certain individuals in certain circumstances.   We want to work for you and will try to find solutions that fit your budget.
